Job summary

WOORI BANK is seeking a motivated Junior Specialist for its Loan Syndication team in Singapore. The role supports the execution and management of syndicated loan transactions and collaborates with Relationship Managers and senior team members throughout the loan lifecycle.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to credit analysis, documentation review, transaction execution and post-disbursement monitoring in a collaborative corporate banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and ability to read financial statements.
• Strong interest in corporate banking and syndicated loans.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of internal reports and regulatory submissions (MAS/Head Office).
• Support management and monitoring of corporate facilities in line with internal policies.
• Assist in analyzing corporate financial statements and conducting credit reviews.
• Perform KYC processes from document collection to completion.
• Assist in reviewing and preparing loan and credit documentation.
• Support syndicated loan transactions from execution to post-disbursement monitoring.
• Coordinate with corporate clients and partner banks as part of agency roles.

PreferredQualifications

• FluencyinKoreanispreferredastheroleinvolveshandlingcoretransactionsonplatformsandsystemsstructuredinKorean,aswellasliaisingwithHeadOffice.
