Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION BANK CORPORATION SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a finance professional to prepare loan portfolio reporting, projections, and monitoring analytics. You will ensure data quality for core banking and meet MAS/head office requirements, while supporting audits and documentation for the Marketing Department.

The role requires English and Mandarin fluency, with 3+ years of relevant experience and a background in accounting/finance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years audit experience would be a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with head office and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reporting, growth plans, and financial projections of the loan portfolio.
• Perform data analytics to support continuous controls monitoring.
• Control data quality input for core banking system to ensure report correctness and MAS/head office requirements.
• Assist MAS and audit requirements for Marketing, including documentation, surveys, and management/financial reports.
• Coordinate requests from Head Office and other departments (internal control, AML clearance, data consolidation, banking system testing).
• Keep up to date on policy and regulatory changes and implement key credit initiatives.
• Assist Relationship Manager in account opening, KYC and credit proposals for new customers.
• Execute ad hoc duties efficiently.

• Control the quality of correspondent data input for the core banking system to ensure the report correctness as well as to fulfill MAS/Head Office requirement.
• Assist in MAS and internal/external audit requirement to Marketing Department, including but not limit to documentation, survey, management/financial reports, and customer/facility info.
• Coordinate request from Head Office and other departments, such as internal control, AML transaction clearance, data consolidation,banking system user test and problem solving.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to implement key credit initiatives by the bank and keep up to date on policy and regulatory changes and requirements.
• Assist Relationship Manager in account opening, KYCand credit proposal for the new customer.
• Execution of ad hoc duties assigned efficiently.

Qualification
