Job summary

A recruiting agency is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Singapore to lead project teams ensuring timely delivery and quality. The candidate should possess a B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management, along with 5-8 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating deliverables, managing risks, and communication with clients and contractors. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred. This position offers a permanent role with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

  • Perform other project engineering/management tasks.

Requirements
  • B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management or relevant course
  • Min. 5 - 8 years' project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
  • Preferably with construction industry background (Architectural & M&E)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
