Job summary

FAR EAST FACADE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Construction to lead facade projects on site in Singapore. You will plan work schedules, establish on-site offices, and coordinate with Project Manager to meet objectives.

You will monitor progress, ensure safety and well-being, manage subcontractors and suppliers, oversee multiple projects, and provide regular progress reports to management. Proficiency in MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD is required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Project Management in Construction.
• Min. 5 years local experience in Facade projects in Singapore.
• Knowledge of MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• To prepare the site for work, which may include planning the work schedules, and establishing on site offices, in accordance to the objectives established by the Project Manager
• To monitor progress and ensure that deadlines are met
• To ensure good / safe working conditions and that the well being of workers are the site are taken care of
• To coordinate and oversee delivery of materials
• To conduct safety checks
• To manage and address work related issues as they arise
• Formulate the construction as well as maintenance plan
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, planners, contractors as necessary
• Ensure that work complies with building regulations, safety codes, design, quality etc
• Provide regular progress reports to management
• Act as the first point of contact for the Company at the site.
• Prepare and submit documentation, i.e. EOT, schedule of the works, progress reports, method statement, etc.
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers that their works are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Able to oversee several project at same time.
