WING TUCK ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee project operations in the absence of the Project Manager. The role includes safety management at site, supervision of engineers and foremen, and coordination of daily operations to ensure project profitability.

You will familiarize with QHSE and QRHSEA, implement departmental policies, and respond to customer feedback through the QHSE Management System. Training and policy reviews are also part of the remit.

Responsabilidades

• Assistant Project Manager
• In-charge of the operation of Project Department in the absence of Project Manager
• In-charge of Safety Management/ Safety and Health at the site
• Supervision, assigns works and responsibilities to Engineers, Foremen Safety Supervisor and Coordinator of the overall daily operation and profitability of Project Department
• Familiarizes with the Company's QHSE and QRHSEA and ensures its effective implementation and operation
• Provide departmental policies in line with company objectives
• Improve and maintain client expectation through QHSE Management System
• Analyze customer's feedback data and provide implementation if require
• Development and provide training to immediate subordinates
• Reviews & updates Company Policies from time to time and ensures that Department meets all the requirements as per government regulations and is planned into all operations.
• Devise plan and strategy to promote company products and services & prepare official quotation to clients
• Prepares sub-contractors' agreement & progress payments/claims
• Project planning, budget control and overall monitoring of the project functions
• Maintain existing pool of clients and explore possibility of expansion
• Maintain a record of complaints & feedback received including initiating and coordinating corrective action taken in response to complain/feedback
• Conduct joint inspection & certify project claims including all direct expenses incurred
• Liaise with owner and consultants and attends all meetings & to resolve problems if any
• Monitor and exercise close site expense controls so as to achieve targeted margin
• Manage & monitor sub-contractors and evaluate their quality of workmanship & performance
• All other relevant duties as may be instructed by Management
