• Involves cost containment, material wastage control to achieve desired margins.
• Ensures shop drawings are completed and submissions to authorities are timely with the Drafting Department.
• Ensure projects perform according to schedule, quality and costs.
• Supports smooth execution of projects to meet customer satisfaction.
• Incorporates risk management in all project management activities.
• Promotes a safety working culture and safety procedures.
• Conducts Mass Tool Box meetings with Safety personnel.
• Assists in planning for site mobilization and sequential work execution.
• Monitors site progress through supervision, site checks and timely issue resolution.
• Leads daily meetings and communicates latest changes to project staff.
• Verifies sub-contractor claims and material orders with the Quantity Surveyors.
• Understands contract docs with B.Q. and material specs.
• Maintains project documentation including email communication.
• Liaises with suppliers and sub-contractors on contractual matters.
• Updates project development performance in meetings.
• Attends kick-off, ongoing and closure meetings with clients and consultants.
• Ensures progress reports are prepared timely and responses are proactive.
• Liaises with stakeholders to execute projects seamlessly and mitigate issues.
• Assists in ensuring contractual compliance and final settlement of project accounts.

Responsibilities

• Risk-managed project planning and organization across multiple sites.
• Active cost control to protect profit margins and minimize wastage.
• Timely shop drawings and authority submissions coordinated with Drafting.
• Maintain schedule, quality and cost performance for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on contractual matters.
• Support safety culture through toolbox talks and safety procedures.
• Prepare and present project progress updates and reports.
• Engage stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.

• -Ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve customer satisfaction objectives
• -Ensuring that risk management is taken into account in all project management activities;"
