Job description
    As a Marketing professional in the pharmaceutical industry, your responsibilities will include developing marketing and promotional plans for products to meet the needs of end consumers. You will be tasked with monitoring business performance and supporting the product portfolio through regular tracking. Gathering market intelligence through primary research and customer interactions will also be a key part of your role.Collaborating with key stakeholders such as prescribers, opinion leaders, and advisory groups, you will be responsible for writing and executing strategic business and marketing plans. Joint financial responsibility for various budgets including advertising, promotion, conferences, sales brochures, and website content will be part of your duties. Initiating and coordinating marketing activities and projects will also fall under your purview.You will be expected to present to staff and train field personnel, as well as attend national and international congresses, hospitals, and interact with key opinion leaders. Translating corporate brand strategy in alignment with headquarters, managing corporate product budgets, and providing input into the overall product strategy will be vital aspects of your role.Engaging with healthcare professionals like general practitioners, medical specialists, pharmacists, and other decision-making units will be crucial. Organizing advisory councils, leading discussions, and giving product presentations will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal and external media to ensure the proper execution of strategies will be essential for success in this role.To be successful in this position, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience in Pharma Marketing with a background in B. Pharma and MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management. Exposure to Gastro therapy is preferred, but candidates from other therapy backgrounds will also be considered.
