Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma required; experience in cleanroom wafer fab preferred.
• 0–3+ years in a cleanroom wafer fab environment.
• Willingness to support 12-hour rotating shifts with allowances.
• Strong root-cause analytical thinking and data analysis ability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment alarms and failures; determine solutions with stakeholders.
• Provide shift support and troubleshoot tool errors and yield drops.
• Monitor SPC charts to keep etch rate, CD, and selectivity within limits.
• Disposition decisions on scrap, rework, or release of suspect wafers.
• Partner with teams on chamber matching, cleaning, and hardware seasoning.
• Support training for operators via spec docs and training materials.
