Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials).

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations related to process parameters.
• Self-initiated, proactive, and clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication with engineering support to the production line.
• Take full ownership of all engineering issues for the assigned process.
• Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solutions.
• Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield and low cost with Maintenance, Production and Shift Engineers.
• Maintain and improve department quality KPIs (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lot, excursion).
• Establish robust process control system for Si & SiC to minimize WAR and maximize signal-to-noise in SPC & FDC.
• Implement Best Known Method (BKM) for quality control through benchmarking.
• Participate in projects like cost reduction, process robustness, quality and cycle time improvements.
