JOB DESCRIPTION
As a key member of STMicroelectronics’ Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team, you will help create the best new hire experience, fully renew our talent acquisition process, and manage vendor collaboration from end to end.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct real‑time problem analysis for equipment alarms/failures, LOH, SPC OOC/OOS, defect failure, and FDC failure; determine solutions through liaison with all parties and by studying past cases.
- Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures and introduce user‑friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures, and TPM.
- Report all basic inline investigations to relevant owners in real time with full details.
- Respond to lots on hold, disposition lots in real time, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
- Set up preventive actions/solutions and maintain a robust system to ensure good quality.
- Support operator training through specification documentation, training material development, and OJT trainer instruction.
- Provide APE/PT training to improve skill levels.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Diploma.
- 3 + years of process experience.
- Technical skills in problem‑solving, statistical data analysis, and design of experiments.
- Ability to work a 12‑hour rotating shift.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.
- Business proficiency in English.
