The role focuses on building a best-in-class new hire experience, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting training materials for operators and new hires.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level education in a related field.
• 0–3+ years in a cleanroom wafer fab with basic knowledge of dry etch.
• Willingness to support compressed or rotating shift patterns (e.g., 12-hour day/night shifts with shift allowances).
• Strong root-cause analytical thinking, familiarity with DOE/SPC, basic data analysis tools and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time problem analysis: alarms, LOH, SPC OOC/OOS, defect/ FDC failure and determine solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Shift Support & Troubleshooting: respond to excursions, tool errors, or yield drops on the production line.
• Process Control: monitor SPC charts to keep etch rate, CD, and selectivity within limits.
• Dispositioning: quick, data-driven decisions on scrap, rework, or releasing suspect wafers during shifts.
• Continuous Improvement: partner with equipment teams on chamber matching, cleaning, and hardware seasoning strategies.
• Support training: develop spec documentation and training materials for operators.
