Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, outlet management or a similar position.
• Strong planning, coordination, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with the use of operational or business management systems.
• Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willing to travel between outlets as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of daily operations across all outlets, ensuring adherence to company policies, operating procedures and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular checks on outlet standards, covering staff attendance, grooming, service standards, cleanliness and overall premises condition.
• Oversee inventory activities, including stock level monitoring, demand forecasting, purchase ordering and maintenance of accurate inventory records.
• Liaise with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics and other internal teams to support promotions, product launches, treatments and operational projects.
• Arrange and follow up on the servicing, maintenance and repair of outlet equipment, facilities and operational systems with vendors and contractors.
• Manage staff scheduling, leave arrangements and employee knowledge assessments.
• Monitor all required licences, permits and certifications, ensuring regulatory requirements are fulfilled and renewals are completed within the stipulated timelines.
• Assist with internal quality and compliance reviews, ensuring identified issues are properly addressed and corrective actions are followed through.
• Coordinate IT-related matters, including technical troubleshooting, equipment servicing and the purchase of hardware and software.
• Supervise general facilities and maintenance matters, including air-conditioning, lighting, CCTV systems and other outlet-related equipment.
• Compile and maintain regular operational reports, records and supporting documentation as required.
• Proactively identify operational concerns and liaise with the relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by management.
