• Monitor cleaning and maintenance quality and SOP compliance at all sites.
• Oversee on-site training on equipment and new implementations (robotics, safety).
• Manage staff motivation, discipline, development and performance per policies.
• Oversee sites to achieve profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan manpower deployment across sites to meet client requirements.
• Address client feedback and implement preventive measures.
