Job summary

BNL ENVIRONMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-focused manager to develop and execute SOPs across multiple job-sites in Singapore.

You will build trusting client relationships to secure long-term partnerships and renewals while ensuring cleaning and maintenance quality aligns with client expectations. You will oversee on-the-job training for equipment and new implementations, manage staff motivation and performance, and plan manpower to meet contractual requirements while upholding safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience in managing staff and site operations.
• Strong planning, compliance and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Leadership and motivational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing, executing and ensuring SOPs followed across sites.
• Build relationships with clients for long-term partnerships and renewals.
• Monitor and uphold cleaning and maintenance quality standards and SOPs.
• Oversee OJT training on equipment and new implementations.
• Manage staff motivation, discipline, development and performance.
• Oversee assigned sites to achieve profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan manpower deployment to meet contractual requirements.
• Resolve client feedback and prevent recurrence.
• Recruit and interview applicants and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure Workplace Safety & Health requirements are met and document records.
