A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee and manage the field service team responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial air filtration machines. The role includes coordinating maintenance schedules, liaising with suppliers, and tracking labor hours. Candidates should have a Polytechnic Diploma and be eager to learn. Overview
- To oversee and manage our field service team on the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial air filtration machines and equipment.
- To co-ordinate maintenance schedule and site works for equipment preventive maintenance.
- To liaise with suppliers on procurement of materials and parts.
- To track labour/ overtime hours.
- To track inventory book out.
- To assist with administrative tasks (preparation of Delivery Orders, scanning & filing of documents).
- To track and upgrade employee WSH qualifications, vehicle maintenance and equipment certifications.
Working hours
Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:30
Requirements
- Min Education Background: Polytechnic Diploma
- Must be eager to learn and can work independently

- Prior work experience in engineering companies.
- Possess own transport (transport allowance provided).
- WSH qualifications (Work at Height, Lifting, Rigging, Metalworking, Life Saving, Confined Space, Scaffolding etc).
