Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, e-Commerce or related discipline.
• At least 2 years in e-Commerce sales and operations within semiconductor/electronics.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Solid project management and analytical background.
• Understanding of clients' industry, business models and products.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and drive sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term technical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories
• Manage reporting of sales performance and projected sales and margin forecasts
• Identify and execute strategic business opportunities for customer base expansion based on market knowledge
• Identify product gaps and improvement opportunities based on lost sales data and customer feedback
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, sales plans, and customer satisfaction to improve sales performance
• Develop and build strong relationships with customers as a trusted solution provider to achieve business objectives
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, maintaining full awareness of product, client, and competitive landscape
• Update pipelines and progress status on a weekly basisAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required
