Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead project management, operations, data management and visualization for population health programmes in Singapore.

You will coordinate patient registration, billing, data structuring, analysis and reporting, ensuring quality, process improvement and timely delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Prior healthcare or clinical operations experience preferred.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for project management, operations, data management and visualization, and administration of population health programmes in Singapore General Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project conceptualization, implementation and monitoring process to ensure accountable parties are identified, issues and plans are followed up on and completed in a satisfactory and timely manner.

• Operationalize population health programmes by performing patient registration and billing, structuring data requirements, collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting, administration and coordination, troubleshooting of programme processes, quality and process improvement, incident reporting, workplan development, procurement, inventory management, claims management.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience.

• Prior healthcare or clinical operations experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.

• Good analytical, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
