JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the planning, design, and delivery of training programs that strengthen service excellence across the organisation.

The role involves coordinating diverse learning initiatives, collaborating with HR and external partners, and driving continuous improvement through digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to boost staff development and recognition outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, HR, Education, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development with hands-on experience in training design, curriculum development, and facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver training programmes and curricula to strengthen service excellence capabilities.
• Coordinate learning initiatives including learning visits, co-training, e-learning, and on-the-ground service coaching.
• Collaborate with HR and external partners to implement service excellence and staff development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in training and recognition processes using digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

Job Description:

• Lead the planning and coordination of internal service awards and external award submissions, including nominations, documentation, evaluation, and recognition events.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programmes, learning materials, and curricula to strengthen service excellence capabilities across the organisation.
• Coordinate learning initiatives, including learning visits, co-training programmes, e-learning, and on-the-ground service coaching.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR, and external partners to implement service excellence and staff development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in training and recognition processes by leveraging digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance work efficiency.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and embed a culture of service excellence.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, with hands-on experience in training design, curriculum development, and facilitation.
