Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Research Integrity and Compliance (ORIC) seeks an Assistant Manager to support regulatory compliance and integrity across Singapore's public healthcare cluster. You will help implement HBRA compliance strategies, develop policies, and assist researchers while coordinating administrative workflows and stakeholder communications.

The role involves preparing training materials, managing reporting to MOH, and providing secretariat support for meetings and projects within ORIC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Administrative experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred.
Some project management experience.
English proficiency with strong written skills for minutes and reports.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyse research-related legislation and regulations to support policy development.
Prepare communication materials clarifying compliance initiatives and develop training resources for researchers.
Manage reporting of events to MOH under HBRA and establish compliant workflows.
Provide secretariat support at meetings, including material distribution and minutes transcription.
Support department communications, newsletters, and ad hoc projects with stakeholder engagement.
