Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) seeks a Senior Executive to provide secretariat support to the CIRB, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with regulatory standards. You will manage routine CIRB duties and prepare management reports.

You will review IRB applications, coordinate with Principal Investigators, and help maintain ethics guidelines and educational materials for researchers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a biomedical-related field.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience, preferably in a healthcare-related industry.
• Good command of English and effective meeting minutes writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Resourceful self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide CIRB secretariat support to ensure efficient operations.
• Review IRB applications for completeness and coordinate communications with Principal Investigators.
• Coordinate requests for clarifications, amendments, annual continuing reviews, and SAEs.
• Interpret and apply ethical principles in human biomedical research; develop and update forms, guidelines, policies, and educational materials.
