Senior Executive, Research & Partnerships
Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)
Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 per month
We are seeking a Senior Executive, Research & Partnerships to join our client’s team and support research administration, stakeholder engagement, events and partnership-related activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects, with an interest in research, events and programme coordination.
Coordinate external visits, research seminars, workshops and distinguished lecture series.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on programme planning, scheduling and logistics.
Coordinate event arrangements including venue setup, transportation, accommodation, AV requirements, catering and on-site support.
Prepare and issue invitation letters, event announcements, EDMs and other programme-related materials.
Provide on-site coordination and support during events and visits.
Provide administrative support for research-related activities and projects.
Assist with basic qualitative and quantitative data analysis for departmental reporting, trend tracking and performance monitoring.
Prepare data visualisations, charts and summary reports for management review.
Maintain and update databases and administrative records.
Support day-to-day departmental operations and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in database management and administrative systems.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
Prior event planning or event management experience will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders.
