Job summary

JEN by Shangri-La Singapore Tanglin is seeking a hands-on Assistant HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, partner division heads, and ensure alignment with Shangri-La standards and Singapore employment laws. You will manage end-to-end payroll, HRIS data, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance processes, work pass administration, and HR advisory.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in HR with at least five years of generalist HR experience and strong Excel and HR

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience with payroll exposure.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficient with Excel and HR systems.
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities
