Job summary

GASTON PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Assistant Manager to support the launch of a new French Brasserie & Rotisserie at Millenia Walk, Singapore.

You will report to the General Manager, oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage rosters, supervise front-of-house staff, control beverage costs, and ensure licensing, hygiene and safety compliance. You will also handle guest relations, coordinate with suppliers, and inventory to minimize waste.

Responsibilities

• You shall report to the General Manager of the Company.
• You shall undertake the duties and responsibility of your position or such other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Company.
• In the discharge of your duties and responsibilities, you shall observe and comply with all regulations and directions from time to time made by the Company or given to you and shall endeavor to further the business and interests of the Company.
• You shall be involved in the day-to-day restaurant operations
• Handling customer complaints
• Create rosters, managing front of house employees
• Managing and budgeting beverage costs
• Take care of portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guideline
• Overseeing supplies orders, monthly inventories and relationships with vendors
• Anticipate and meet the needs and unexpected wishes of every guest.
• Perform any duties in the capacity as needed.

We are opening a new French Brasserie & Rotisserie in Millenia Walk and we are looking for assistant managers.
