Job summary

GASTON PTE. LTD. is opening a French Brasserie & Rotisserie in Millenia Walk and is seeking a General Manager to lead the venue. The GM will drive the overall strategy, financial performance, daily operations, and service standards while developing the team and steering marketing initiatives.

The role reports to Directors and Shareholders, with responsibility for compliance and expanding business opportunities in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the overall business strategy and operational performance of the outlet.
• Financial Management: Full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Operations: Oversee daily operations, service standards, SOPs and compliance.
• People Leadership: Recruit, coach and develop managers and teams.
• Business Development: Drive marketing initiatives, partnerships and commercial growth.
• Reporting: Report directly to Directors and Shareholders; observe regulations and undertake duties as required.

Your duties as General Manager are as follows:

• You shall undertake the duties and responsibility of your position or such other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties as GM are as follows:

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the overall business strategy and operational performance of the outlet.
• Develop business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability.

Financial Management

• Full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Operations

• Oversee daily operations, service standards, SOPs and compliance.

People Leadership

• Recruit, coach and develop managers and teams.

Business Development

• Drive marketing initiatives, partnerships and commercial growth.

Reporting

• Report directly to Directors and Shareholders.
• In the discharge of your duties and responsibilities, you shall observe and comply with all regulations and directions from time to time made by the Company or given to you and shall endeavor to further the business and interests of the Company.
• Undertake such other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be required by the Company in connection with the General Manager position.
