Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Programme Manager to support administration and delivery of Graduate Diploma and CET programmes in collaboration with MOH.

You will co-lead curriculum development with hospitals and MOH, expand offerings to healthcare professions, and help build a sustainable learner pipeline through outreach and exploring online platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in healthcare or education industry.
• Effective Communication (written and verbal).
• Problem-solving, and thinking on your feet skills.
• Experience in leading a team. Able to demonstrate the ability to manage and develop staff with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective administration and delivery of existing and Graduate Diploma programmes, as well as current and upcoming training programmes commissioned by MOH.
• Manage one direct report initially and support the staff member's performance and professional development.
• Co-lead the development of Graduate Diploma programmes and training courses, working closely with faculty from the hospitals, MOH and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support efforts to expand Graduate Diploma and CET offerings to other healthcare professions, thereby broadening outreach and contributing to revenue growth.
• Co-lead efforts to identify new outreach and publicity channels to maintain a sustainable pipeline of learners across programmes.
• Explore suitable virtual learning platforms through which selected courses may progressively be offered in an online format.
