Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Supervisory Operations role based at Changi. Working Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm, with a salary package of Basic $4500 - $5300. The position involves overseeing daily operations, inventory control, and ensuring ISO-compliant quality standards.

Qualifications

• A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in operations, warehouse management or inventory control.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, quality assurance and ISO standards is an advantage.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee order fulfilment, inventory management, stock accuracy, inspections and shipment coordination.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance and ensure operational targets and deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure compliance with quality, safety, ESD and ISO standards.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, functionality and calibration.
• Investigate operational and quality issues, implement corrective actions and resolve customer fulfilment problems.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and other supervisors to ensure operational efficiency
