ea recruitment pte. ltd. seeks a Supply Chain / Logistics professional to manage fulfilling orders from stored inventory, ensure on-time shipments, and maintain accuracy in documentation at its Changi location.

The role spans QA, inventory control, and process improvements in a disciplined, safety-conscious environment. You will normally work Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with a basic salary range of SGD 4,500 to 5,300 plus AWS and a variable bonus, reflecting 4+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Able to manage conflicts professionally and foster teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Manages order fulfillment from stored inventory, meets customer requirements, and handles shipments on time and cost-effectively.
• Manages inventory counts, reconciles discrepancies, and processes returns of defective materials.
• Ensures documentation is complete, accurate and processed appropriately.
• Plans and evaluates QA procedures; investigates deviations and implements corrective actions; surveys customer experience.
• Maintains safe, organized work area in compliance with regulations and ESD requirements.
• Ensures equipment is safe, in good repair, and calibrated to meet standards.
• Participates in evaluating and implementing new equipment or enhancements.
• Prepares and presents regular reports and analytics.
• Assesses productivity, identifies trends, and monitors department activity.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and key performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages order fulfillment from stored inventory, meeting customer requirements and inspection/testing processes; order shipments within time commitments in the most cost effective manner; communication with customers regarding any fulfillment issues or problems.
• Manages inventory through periodic and special inventory counts, reconciles discrepancies, and ensures accuracy including returns of defective materials.
• Ensures documentation is complete, accurate and processed appropriately.
• Plans, develops and/or implements quality assurance procedures. Evaluates quality deviations to determine cause, effect, and corrective measures. Surveys customers periodically regarding accuracy, quality, efficiency, adherence to specifications and overall customer experience.
• Ensures work area is well maintained and in compliance with all safety regulations and department policies including ESD requirements.
• Ensures equipment is safe, in good repair, functioning appropriately and calibrated to be in full compliance with required military, ISO and other quality standards.
• Participates in the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of new equipment or equipment enhancements.
• Creates, reviews, updates, presents, manages and/or contributes to statistical, narrative, financial regularly scheduled and ad hoc written and oral reports and presentations.
• Assesses productivity measures, identifies trends and monitors department activity.
• Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Able to manage conflicts professionally, promote teamwork & foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
