Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities at our Singapore location.

You will manage receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfilment, packing, shipping and distribution to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service. Based in Changi South (nearest MRT Expo), the role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or operations management.
• Experience leading a team of operational staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, packing, shipping and distribution.
• Manage inventory through periodic stock counts, discrepancies, and handling of defective/returned materials.
• Ensure all operational documents are accurate and properly maintained.
• Develop and implement QA procedures, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor customer feedback on order accuracy, quality, and service levels.
• Ensure warehouse facilities and equipment meet safety, ESD and ISO standards; ensure calibration where required.
• Supervise daily operations and personnel, set priorities, and coordinate team activities.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvements, and implement process enhancements.
• Prepare and present operational, financial and statistical reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working hours: 9am – 6pm

Job Summary:

Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, packing, shipping and distribution. Ensure efficient, cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality, regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide operational direction and supervision to assigned employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee order fulfilment, inspection/testing processes, and shipment arrangements, ensuring customer requirements and delivery timelines are met cost-effectively. Address customer concerns and resolve fulfilment issues.




• Manage inventory through periodic and ad hoc stock counts, discrepancy reconciliation and proper handling of defective and returned materials.




• Ensure all operational documentation is complete, accurate and properly maintained.




• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, investigate quality deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.




• Monitor customer feedback on order accuracy, quality, efficiency, and overall service satisfaction.




• Ensure warehouse facilities, work areas and equipment are properly maintained, safe and compliant with applicable safety regulations, ESD requirements, military, ISO and other quality standards. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and calibrated where required.




• Supervise daily warehouse operations and assigned personnel, establish work priorities, coordinate team activities, and ensure tasks are completed according to operational schedules and business requirements.




• Monitor productivity, operational performance, and resource utilisation. Identify improvement opportunities, implement process enhancements, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).




• Prepare, review and present regular and ad hoc operational, statistical, narrative, and financial reports and presentations.




• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.




• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.




• At least 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or operations management.




• Experienced in managing warehouse operations and leading a team of operational staff.
