Job summary

Tung Lok Millennium Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

You will lead, train and motivate a team, monitor service standards, manage inventory and budgets, and handle customer feedback with professionalism in a fast-paced, upscale setting in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role in high-volume or upscale restaurants.
• Strong leadership of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
• PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated.
