Job summary

HEXACON CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to support and coordinate M&E works on construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards while collaborating with consultants and subcontractors to drive project success.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least five years of relevant M&E experience on construction sites, with strong knowledge of M&E systems, drawings, and industry standards,

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E works within construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to execute M&E systems smoothly and according to project plans.
• Monitor project progress and quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Review technical drawings, materials, and equipment specifications to support accurate project delivery.
• Resolve site-related technical issues by providing effective engineering solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and project updates for management review.
• Manage multiple tasks independently to meet project deadlines and support overall M&E project management.
