Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Logistics Manager in Singapore to support daily warehouse, inventory and delivery operations across multiple sites. This hands-on role requires coordinating logistics activities, supervising teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day distribution.

You will oversee delivery scheduling, stock checks and process improvements while working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure timely, cost-efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination or distribution management.
• Experience in F&B logistics, FMCG or food distribution advantageous.
• Good understanding of inventory management, delivery scheduling and warehouse processes.
• Experience supervising or coordinating operational teams.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with ability to manage multiple operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse, transportation and delivery operations.
• Plan delivery schedules, organise order fulfilment and monitor distribution activities.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock movements, inventory accuracy and warehouse organisation.
• Conduct inventory checks, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate stock records.
• Track delivery performance, transportation costs and operational productivity.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce delays, wastage and unnecessary costs.
• Handle delivery issues, stock discrepancies and operational enquiries.
• Ensure warehouse and distribution activities comply with SOPs, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Supervise and guide logistics personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and support the implementation of process improvements.
