Job summary

SDP PACKAGING (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Operations Associate to manage day-to-day customer order entries, coordinate deliveries with customers, suppliers and transport teams, and maintain accurate inventory.

You will supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires meticulous record keeping, daily warehouse inspections, and the ability to work night shifts (16-31th).

Responsibilities

• Handle Day to day operations in customer order entries and communicate delivery arrangements & status with customers.
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.
• Monitor and ordering supplies to maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
• Willing to work Night Shift (16-31th)
• Forklift License
• Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
