Job summary

SDP Packaging (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on warehouse/logistics supervisor to manage day-to-day order processing, inventory control, and delivery coordination in Singapore. The role requires liaising with suppliers, transport teams, and customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, maintaining records, and ensuring health and safety compliance, with monthly night shifts from mid-month onward. Forklift license is required.

• Handle day-to-day customer order entries and communicate delivery status.
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.
• Monitor and order supplies to maintain suitable inventory levels.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare required documentation.
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and health & safety compliance.
• Perform daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinate with other departments and customers.
• Load and unload steel drums from trucks and warehouse when required.
• Night shift from the 16th to end of month; coordinate with Assistant Logistic Supervisor.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Forklift license required.

• Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.
• Monitor and ordering supplies to maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
• Load and unload steel drums from truck, trailers and warehouse when required.
• Every month from 16th until end of the month needs to work Night Shift, router with Assistant Logistic Supervisor.
• Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
