MCAS seeks an Assistant Manager – IT to strengthen the Association's digital capabilities in Singapore. You will lead IT operations, oversee infrastructure and cloud systems, and drive cybersecurity and governance initiatives to safeguard digital assets.

You will also supervise IT staff, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and execute strategic technology plans aligned with MCAS’s mission and service delivery goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS; professional certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or Security+ are advantageous.
• At least 6–8 years of IT experience, with a focus on IT operations and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, access management, backup and disaster recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee reliability, security and availability of IT infrastructure and systems; resolve incidents promptly and identify risks.
• Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity, access controls and continuity arrangements.
• Lead technology projects, system enhancements and digital initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage IT vendors, monitor SLAs, review service quality and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain IT risk registers, monitor cybersecurity and coordinate business continuity and DR testing.
