Job summary

Well-Established Singapore Façade & Curtain Wall Engineering MNC is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to lead IT and digital transformation initiatives in alignment with business goals. Based at Boon Lay, you will coordinate with internal IT, software development, infrastructure, data and cybersecurity teams to deliver integrated systems and dashboards.

The role covers ERP/MES/WMS integrations, data analytics, risk management and project governance, with a 5.5‑day work week and alternate

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development, system integration or digital transformation.
• Experience with ERP, MES, WMS, IoT, automation or other enterprise/digital systems is advantageous.
• Good understanding of system integration, databases, APIs and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing IT, software development or digital transformation projects.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, Smart Factory and connected manufacturing/operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead IT and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate IT, development, infrastructure, data and cybersecurity teams.
• Manage project priorities, resources, timelines and deliverables for timely implementation.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across IT and business functions.
• Manage implementation, integration and continuous improvement of business systems.
• Support integration of ERP, MES, WMS, planning systems and IoT platforms.
• Ensure systems are reliable, scalable and secure for business needs.
• Drive digitalisation to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop digital dashboards and data solutions; ensure data accuracy and security.
• Coordinate APIs and system interfaces; ensure secure connectivity.
• Manage IT projects end-to-end, including planning, testing and deployment.
• Monitor KPIs and performance; identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
