Job summary

Muslim Converts' Association of Singapore (MCAS) is seeking an Executive Officer - IT to provide daily IT support, manage accounts and administer servers and networks. You will help uphold cybersecurity, patching and backups while coordinating with vendors and maintaining documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years IT support or IT operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and server administration.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and backups.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and authorised users.
• Manage user accounts, access requests and routine IT administration.
• Support servers, endpoints, networks and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and perform health checks.
• Assist with cybersecurity measures, patching, backups and restoration testing.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
• Support SOPs, guides and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Assist in deployment of IT systems, digital solutions and automation initiatives.
• Provide tech support for events and activities as needed.
