Leong Hup Singapore Pte. Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Operations specialist to manage full HR operations for a business unit, including payroll, CPF submissions, work-pass administration, and HR reporting.

The role also encompasses recruitment support and maintaining employee records to ensure compliance with Singapore regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in HRM/Business Administration or at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of local labour laws and

Responsabilidades

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations for the assigned business unit, including payroll processing, statutory submissions, work pass administration, employee records, HR reporting, and recruitment support.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations while delivering timely, accurate HR services.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support recruitment activities from screening to onboarding.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
