Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to drive HR operations and employee relations across the organization. You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and ensure policy compliance while supporting payroll coordination.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of HR experience, with strong analytical and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with employee relations exposure.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compensation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance matters
• Handle staff grievances and employee issues professionally and in line with company procedures
• Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Track and manage the full employee life cycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring timely updates and reporting
• Prepare salary proposals and ensure internal equity in compensation
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in HRIS and ensure compliance with local labour laws
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and administrative teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects
• Lead a team of 3 HR Executives
