Are you an HR leader looking for an opportunity to shape regional people strategy, strengthen organisational capability, and support business growth across diverse international markets?
We are supporting a leading international industrial business in its search for a Regional HR Senior Manager to join its regional leadership team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this is a broad and influential position for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys combining strategic business partnering with hands-on execution. The role offers exposure to senior leaders across multiple markets and the opportunity to contribute to a regional people agenda covering Singapore and selected export markets, including close collaboration with leadership teams across Asia.
The successful candidate will partner with business unit leaders to translate organisational priorities into practical workforce strategies. This will include strengthening talent pipelines, supporting workforce planning, building organisational capacity, and ensuring that regional HR initiatives remain aligned with both corporate objectives and local market requirements.
The position covers the complete employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through to performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and offboarding. You will also contribute to annual salary and bonus reviews, promotion exercises, compensation benchmarking, international assignments, and retention strategies for critical talent.
Beyond talent management, the role carries important responsibility for employee relations, HR governance, payroll coordination, employment compliance, internal controls, and regional manpower budgeting. You will support grievance and disciplinary processes, work with external legal and payroll partners, and help ensure that policies and practices remain compliant, fair, and commercially appropriate.
There is also a strong transformation element. The Regional HR Senior Manager will support the continued development of HR systems, analytics, reporting, digital learning, and data quality. You will have the opportunity to review employee benefits and welfare programmes, enhance the staff handbook, improve operational processes, and support regional projects focused on efficiency and organisational capability.
We are looking for an HR professional with at least 10 years of broad generalist experience, ideally gained within a multinational environment. Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors would be valuable, together with fluent written and spoken English.
The ideal candidate will be strategic but comfortable remaining close to the details. You should bring sound judgement, high integrity, commercial awareness, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across different cultures will be essential.
This is an attractive opportunity to gain meaningful regional exposure, work closely with executive leadership, and influence the development of people practices across a diverse international organisation. It will suit someone who wants to make a tangible contribution while helping to build a more connected, capable and sustainable workforce.
