Job summary

The role requires hands-on journal entries, interco reconciliation, monthly revenue/expense recording, and preparation of balance sheet schedules and tax supporting work. Candidates with audit experience, especially in MNCs or healthcare, are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy required.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Audit experience, MNC and healthcare exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete journal entries by deadlines for business units/entities.
• Interco reconciliation and upload to Tagetik for Group submission.
• Record monthly revenue and expenses with no omissions and liaise with Finance Operations.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules; clear long outstanding items.
• Prepare Tax schedules and support Tax queries.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Participate in yearly stock take and incentives computation.
• Ensure SOP compliance in daily work.
• Assist Reporting Manager and supervise staff on ad-hoc tasks.
