Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily accounting for assigned facilities and ensure regulatory compliance. You will perform journal entries, interco reconciliation, and monthly closings, working closely with business units and finance operations to ensure timely and accurate financial records.

The role requires a degree in Accountancy, with 3 years of relevant experience; prior audit experience in MNCs or healthcare is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Prior audit experience, especially with MNCs and healthcare entities, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting processes for assigned facilities/entities in compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Complete all journal entries within stipulated timelines for business units/entities in charge.
• Perform intercompany reconciliation and upload to Tagetik for submission to Group by WD5.
• Ensure revenue and expenses are recorded promptly monthly with minimal omissions.
• Highlight monthly P&L fluctuations with explanations.
• Drive process improvements to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules and clear long outstanding items.
• Prepare tax schedules and support Tax queries.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support stock takes and incentives computations with the Business Units.
• Ensure SOP compliance in daily work and assist Reporting Manager in supervising staff.
