Job summary

Weeseng HVAC Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated engineer to join our team to provide engineering support, prepare 2D and 3D drawings, and assist with project documentation while developing into a technical sales professional over time.

The role also involves after-sales technical support, coordination with service technicians, and contributing to quotations and sales documentation as part of business development within HVAC systems and industrial chillers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software; SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Interest in mechanical systems, industrial chillers and HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, amend and maintain 2D and 3D engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
• Assist in preparing equipment layouts, technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Support engineers in technical coordination and project follow-ups.
• Assist with engineering documentation for HVAC-related equipment.
• Respond to after-sales technical enquiries and coordinate with service teams to troubleshoot issues.

Job Summary

Weeseng HVAC Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our team. The successful candidate will provide engineering assistance, prepare 2D and 3Dtechnical drawings, support after-sales technical matters and assist with sales activities. The candidate should have a strong interest in HVAC engineering and a willingness to develop into a technical sales professional over the long term.

Engineering and CAD Support

·Prepare, amend and maintain 2Dand 3D engineering drawings using SolidWorks.

·Assist in preparing equipment layouts, technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.

·Support engineers in technical coordination and project follow-ups.

·Assist with engineeringdocumentation for industrial chillers and HVAC-related equipment.

After-Sales Technical Support

·Assist in responding to customer technical enquiries after equipment delivery and installation.

·Coordinate with engineers and service technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues and follow up on service requests.

·Assist in preparing service reports, technical documents and customer updates.

·Ensure after-sales matters are followed up promptly and professionally.

Sales Support and Business Development

·Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals and sales documentation.

·Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and potential business opportunities.

·Develop product knowledge of industrial chillers, HVAC systems and related equipment.

·Communicate with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.

·Progressively take on customer visits, product presentations, sales negotiations and business development.

·Develop towards an independent technical sales role with responsibility for customer relationships and sales growth.

Job Requirements

·Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC or a related discipline.

·Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software; SolidWorks experience is preferred.

·Interest in mechanical systems, industrial chillers and HVAC equipment.

·Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

·Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting and customer support.

·Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.

·Strong interest in pursuing along-term career in technical sales and business development.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
