Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team on Telecom DC Power, Rectifiers, UPS, BESS, Solar and Hybrid Solar Solutions. This hands-on leadership role covers engineering design, project execution, pre‑sales support and team development.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Telecom DC Power and related systems, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Service teams. Based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8 years of industry experience in Telecom DC Power, Rectifiers, UPS, BESS, batteries, Solar or Hybrid Solar systems with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team and projects under the Engineering Manager.
• Design and engineer DC Power, Rectifier, UPS, BESS and Solar systems.
• Prepare SLDs, wiring diagrams, cabinet layouts, GA drawings and technical documents.
• Design power distribution systems and equipment cabinets.
• Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, costing and technical proposals.
• Provide pre‑sales support including solution sizing, product selection and customer presentations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Service teams.
• Ensure designs comply with IEC, IEEE, customer and company standards.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Mentor engineers and improve engineering processes and standards.

Salary: Basic up to $8,000 + Allowances + Bonus + AWS
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and deliver projects involving Telecom DC Power Systems, Rectifiers, UPS, BESS, Solar and Hybrid Solar Solutions.

This is a hands‑on leadership role covering engineering design, project execution, pre‑sales support and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Manager in leading the engineering team and projects.

• Design and engineer DC Power, Rectifier, UPS, BESS and Solar systems.

• Experience managing and developing engineering teams.

• Familiar with IEC/IEEE standards and project management systems.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
