Job summary

Stolz Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level Engineer in Singapore to support field service operations, coordinate on-site projects and drive aftermarket technical services. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship in HVAC, rotating equipment, or MEP coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and basic fluid mechanics/thermodynamics knowledge.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Class 3 driving license preferred or willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport schedules, site access, and delivery milestones with logistics providers and clients.
• Assist in supervising contractor teams during on-site positioning, mechanical assembly, and structural alignment of cooling towers.
• Support pre-commissioning checks, safety compliance reviews, and final handovers to client project managers.
• Conduct inspections and audits of cooling towers (fills, drift eliminators, fan blades, gearboxes, motors).
• Identify spare parts requirements, verify inventory and generate technical cost estimations and quotations.
• Present and structure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
• Serve as a primary technical contact for routine client servicing inquiries.
• Collaborate to schedule spare parts delivery and installation.
• Monitor on-site repair work and basin lining to ensure safety and quality.

About the role

This entry-level engineering role focuses on supporting field service operations, coordinating on-site projects, and driving aftermarket technical services. You will assist with cooling tower maintenance contracts, equipment delivery logistics, on-site installation oversight and spare parts service support. This position provides foundational hands-on engineering experience with a clear progression path toward a full Engineer role.

Key responsibilities
