Job summary

Stolz Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level Engineer in Singapore to support field service operations, coordinate on-site projects and drive aftermarket technical services. You will gain hands-on experience with cooling towers, equipment logistics, installation oversight and spare parts service, with a clear path to a full Engineer role.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship in HVAC, rotating equipment, or MEP coordination is an advantage.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and basic fluid mechanics/thermodynamics knowledge.
Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Class 3 driving license preferred or willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transport schedules, site access, and delivery milestones with logistics providers and clients.
Assist in supervising contractor teams during on-site positioning, mechanical assembly, and structural alignment of cooling towers.
Support pre-commissioning checks, safety compliance reviews, and final handovers to client project managers.
Conduct inspections and audits of cooling towers (fills, drift eliminators, fan blades, gearboxes, motors).
Identify spare parts requirements, verify inventory and generate technical cost estimations and quotations.
Present and structure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
Serve as a primary technical contact for routine client servicing inquiries.
Collaborate to schedule spare parts delivery and installation.
Monitor on-site repair work and basin lining to ensure safety and quality.
