Job summary

STULZ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a technical expert to support consultants and accounts, bridging sales and factory capabilities to deliver tailored, cost-effective climate solutions for data centres and related facilities.

You will provide expert technical guidance, translate sales requirements into feasible technical solutions, and prepare detailed costings and TCO analyses to support proposals and bids.

Qualifications

• Completed training as an industrial mechanical engineer (minimum 3 years) or Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge in mechanical engineering, refrigeration, hydraulics, or related fields.
• Business fluent in English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently without direct supervision.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance to key consultants and accounts on product and system solutions.
• Translate sales requirements into feasible technical solutions aligned with factory capabilities.
• Prepare detailed technical selections, feasibility studies, and total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations for products and systems.
• Develop accurate costing information to support the sales team's proposals.
• Lead or contribute to tender responses ensuring technical compliance and competitive positioning.
• Prepare compliance, deviation, and exception statements for technical submissions.
• Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to design customer-specific solutions.
• Assist supervisors in preparing CFD simulations for data centre cooling analysis.
• Manage technical responsibilities related to AHU, CRAH, CRAC, chillers, and ACMV systems.

• Translate sales requirements into feasible technical solutions aligned with factory capabilities
• Prepare detailed technical selections, feasibility studies, and total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations for products and systems

Required competencies and certifications

• Completed training as an industrial mechanical engineer (minimum 3 years) or Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge in mechanical engineering, refrigeration, hydraulics, or related fields
• Business fluent in English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
