Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in rotating equipment, compressors or industrial machinery; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, bearings, seals, and maintenance.
• Willing to travel locally and regionally, and work on customer sites as required.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and start-up of compressor and blower systems at customer sites.
• Support preventive maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs in line with OEM procedures.
• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities.
• Participate in overhaul works, including dismantling, inspection, replacement of parts, reassembly, and testing.
• Carry out operational checks such as vibration observation, alignment, leak inspection, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare and submit service reports, documentation, and maintenance records accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental standards and site HSE requirements.
• Collaborate with service planning, warehouse, and technical teams to support smooth service execution.
• Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and technical capability.

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience in rotating equipment, compressors, blowers, or industrial machinery (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, bearings, seals, and industrial maintenance
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings is advantageous
• Willing to travel locally and regionally, and work on customer sites when required
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team

Preferred Advantages

• Experience with industrial compressors / blowers (e.g. Aerzen, Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Ingersoll Rand, etc.)
• Exposure to vibration monitoring, alignment tools, or instrumentation
• Safety certifications such as Confined Space, WSQ / OSHA, or equivalent
• Experience in petrochemical, wastewater, power plant, or manufacturing environments
