Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant Division Sales Manager to grow MRO services and turnkey projects in the Defence, Public Security, and international markets. The role involves finding new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering sales proposals that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in sales or related roles, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of defence or public security

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic go-to-market thinking with a results-oriented mindset; attention to detail.
• Familiarity with government sectors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head Sales and product teams to develop go-to-market plans.
• Expand into untapped market areas and new sales verticals.
• Coordinate discussions, demonstrations, quotations and commercial negotiations with customers.
