Job summary

The Ministry Of Social And Family Development (MSF) invites applications for a leadership role within the Rehabilitation and Protection Group. You will head the Vendor Management Team under the Partner & Capability Development division to strengthen service performance across funded providers and outsourced services, ensuring high standards and effective partnerships.

You will develop data standards, drive process improvements and oversee corporate planning, staff engagement, and progress

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in operations management or planning.
• Experience in data management, data analysis and data visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in business process reengineering, service design or corporate planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop systematic tracking and assessment of service delivery and performance of funded programme providers.
• Collaborate with PSV/other teams to establish data standards and data quality controls.
• Initiate business process reengineering or design-thinking workstreams to streamline processes.
• Oversee corporate planning, workplan development and staff engagement in PCD.
• Develop a robust performance management framework and clear KPI metrics for agencies.
• Lead data-driven decision making and build/maintain PCD dashboards and data systems.
• Support reappointment and renewal of funding agreements with SSRs/KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve overall partner management and outsourcing strategies.
