Ministry Of Social And Family Development is seeking a strategic leader to head the Budget Team, driving MSF's resource planning, budgeting and financial analysis. You will leverage data and forecasting to support decision-making and strengthen partnerships with MSF and MOF against a backdrop of fiscal planning and sustainability.
You will set direction, coach officers, and ensure timely budget submissions and insights, enabling better allocation and governance across MSF’s programmes.
The Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) is responsible for the Ministry’s financial matters, procurement management and facilities development and management. FFD promotes prudent stewardship of the Ministry’s resources by applying sound governance controls and best practices across its various functions.The Finance Branch provides financial stewardship and partnership by optimising resource allocation and management, while ensuring sound financial administration. The Budget Team plays a key role in driving MSF's resource strategy, financial sustainability and medium-term planning.
We are looking for a strategic and forward-looking leader to head the Budget Team. In this role, you will drive Ministry-wide resource planning and financial sustainability through strategic budgeting, financial analysis and stakeholder partnership. You will leverage data, predictive analytics and emerging technologies to strengthen decision-making, optimise resource allocation and deliver better outcomes for MSF.
The scope of budget and resource management will primarily cover MSF’s annual and medium-term budget planning, resource allocation, expenditure management, financial analysis and reporting, as well as the development of data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
